I have to say I struggle with silence because I need something to hear in the background but it’s clear I have work to do. Great points.

Thanks for bringing this up, Miriam! It's such a good point; silence can definitely feel challenging. Luckily, there are many other options available to us: guided meditations, binaural beats/brainwave entrainment, meditating while listening to ocean waves, etc. I think all these can also help us get more in touch with ourselves.
