I believe in certain parts of My life I am in maintenance mode... all the things I've already worked on dialing. The others... like loving myself, is in breakthrough mode! Finishing artists way completely is my goal!
Getting through vs Breaking through happens to us all at evey point in our lives.
I belive I'm in the "breaking through" phase of my life.
From your teachings, I've also noticed that it's usually when one is in their breaking through phase that they know that they had at one point in time been in the getting through phase.
On the other hand, while we are in the getting through phase, it's hard to imagine the breaking through phase as a possibly.
Oh wow, Olusegun, that's a really good point: "From your teachings, I've also noticed that it's usually when one is in their breaking through phase that they know that they had at one point in time been in the getting through phase.

โ To counteract that conditioning, remember to validate yourself. Acknowledge all the positive things you are already doing โโfor instance, not falling out of the boat.โ
When you focus on the positive the negative becomes more and more irrelevant. Thank you Louise, great article! ๐๐๐
I think your point about being in different modes in different areas of your life simultaneously is really important. It can be really disorienting, but just the awareness of whatโs happening can help. Itโs still something I struggle with, but Iโm getting better at if. Great post!
Yeah! And our world is getting more complex and I think that's also impacting us a ton. Sometimes, the emotions I feel aren't my own, it's collective stuff. I then try to release that and just focus on what's mine.

Thatโs such a good point, sometimes we are in maintenance mode because things are already working well!
I enjoyed this read Louise. Thank you.
It was absolutely beautiful.

Yes, very true! Thank you for your comment!
Please forgive my typos. I was writing in a hurry on my phone๐คฆ๐พโโ๏ธ๐
I didnโt even notice the typos! :)
These are helpful distinctions to make - I am in 'breaking through' mode currently in early stages of my newsletter.
Oh, thatโs great! Enjoy!

Thank you, Miguel! And Iโm with you on the weirdness of being in different modes simultaneously.
Saniel Bonder once used the phrase โexistential multi-tasking.โ I think that might describe the experience well.
As someone whoโs challenged by multitasking (i.e. I hate it), this explains my sometimes wildly fluctuating state of emotions.
